All of our skincare products are carefully made with naturally effective ingredients including botanicals.
Our MOYSTURYZING SCRUBS are made preservative free. They are made from natural ingredients and are therefore considered a perishable good.
Our OYL LOTYON does not expire but may lose scent over time if not stored properly.
Our SCENTED SCRUBS & PURE BOTANICAL OYL CLEANSER has a minimum shelf life of 14 months.
Our UNSCENTED SCRUBS have a shelf life of 14 months.
We recommend storage of your EMIGEE SKYN products in a cool, dry area. Away from sunlight and direct heat.
Please note: Separation of product in our is normal. Any abnormal smells indicate that the product has denatured and may be ineffective, please discontinue use. Send us an email for a replacement.
All major credit cards are accepted. Only Emigee Skyn E Gift Cards are accepted. We also accept Afterpay.
What is Emigee Skyn return/exchange policy?
Exchanges and store credit is offered.
If you are unsatisfied with purchase it must be shipped back to us. Once the item is received and inspected you will receive email communication. The communication will relay if your return was accepted or rejected.
Upon approval of return, a credit note or new item will be sent within 5-10 business days.
Items are exchangeable within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in original packaging.

How long before I receive my order?
Processing takes 24-48 hours after payment is posted. Shipping within the continental US will take between 4-8 business days.

What shipping carriers are used?
We ship through a variety of companies including USPS, UPS and FedEx. We’re constantly exploring new options to get your orders to you quicker and more efficiently.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Tracking information is sent automatically once your order has been shipped to the provided shipping address when order is placed. You can also view shipping history information when you sign into your account.
What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
When online orders are placed and clients do not accept delivery for any reasons, return to sender packages will be debited a 10% restocking fee and full shipping charges from the return total.
Do I have to create an account to order?
No! But we suggest that you should! Having an account allows you to view your past purchases & have easier more secure checkouts. You’ll be the first to receive new product alerts and discount codes.
